At Swiftpoint, we stand by the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all hardware. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories to ensure a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your Swiftpoint account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Device

  Securely pack the item in its original box, including all cables, manuals, and components to avoid a restocking fee.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
